Teresa D. Garland, 64, of Elizabethton, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2016.
Teresa was born in Grosse Point, Mich., to the late Clural and Mary Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her son, Brian Garland.
Survivors include her daughter, Kelli Lacey, son-in-law, Jeremy Lacey, two grandchildren, Brianna Lacey and Rylan Peters, all of Elizabethton, and a special friend, Brandy Solediene of Boston, Mass.
At her request, no service will be held. Her final wishes will be carried out by her family. Donations can be made on her behalf to the Susan B. Komen organization, which was close to her heart. All other condolences may be sent to her daughter at 189 Ollie Collins Road, Lot #11, Elizabethton, TN 37643. “If love could have spared you, you would have lived forever.”
