Logan Chad Guinn

Logan Chad Guinn, 24, of Elizabethton, Tenn., passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017. A native of Carter County, he was a son of Randy Guinn and Sandy White.
Logan was a 2009 graduate of Unaka High School where he played sports. He enjoyed sports including archery, playing the guitar and was a video gamer.
Mr. Guinn was preceded in death by a daughter, Serenity Dawn Guinn; his paternal grandfather, L.D. Guinn; and his maternal grandparents, Eula White and Herbert White.
Those left to cherish his memory include his father, Randy Guinn and fiancée Kristin Powell, Elizabethton; his mother, Sandy White, Elizabethton; a daughter, Kynleigh Dae Guinn, Elizabethton; two brothers, Stacey Guinn and Austin Guinn and his fiancée Abby Meyer, all of Elizabethton; his paternal grandmother, Ruby Birchfield Guinn, Elizabethton; two aunts, Julie Canter and husband Westley, Jonesborough, and Billie Sue Bare, Hampton; an uncle, Drew White, Nashville, Tenn.; nieces and nephews, Annabelle Guinn, Ophelia Guinn, Collin Guinn and twins, Jaylin Wood-Guinn and Kylar Wood-Guinn; and three cousins, Mercedes Canter, Westley Canter and Nick White.
A Celebration of Life service for Logan Chad Guinn will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday, March 12, in the Sunset Chapel of Hathaway-Percy Funeral and Cremation Services with Rev. Steve Burleson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 until 4 p.m. Sunday, prior to the memorial service. Private disposition will be held at a later date.
