Mrs. Nancy Bradley Gross, 56, of Johnson City, unexpectedly passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. Nancy was the daughter of the late Gene Wilkerson Sr. and Bessie Bradley Wilkerson and was born in Kentucky. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Eddie Wilkerson.
Nancy was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, James F. Gross, of the home; nine children, Tim Campbell, Elizabethton, Amber Anderson, of the home, Sky Anderson, of Michigan, James E. Gross, Bristol, Tenn., Tennessa Gross, Bristol, Va., Kayla Gross, Bristol, Tenn., Tabitha Gross, Glade Springs, Va., Casey Gross, Jonesborough, and Logan Gross, of the home; two brothers, Gene Wilkerson and his wife, Peggy, Elizabethton, and Lee Wilkerson, Elizabethton; and ten grandchildren.
The graveside service for Mrs. Gross will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 25, in the Bradley Cemetery with Pastor Dale Blevins officiating. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Everyone will meet at the funeral home at 2:15 p.m. Saturday to go in procession.
