James Paul Fulwiler, 75, of Elizabethton, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at his residence.
Mr. Fulwiler was retired from the City of Elizabethton.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 19, at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Complete arrangements will be in Saturday’s paper.
