Rickey Eugene Hamm

Rickey Eugene Hamm, 57, of Johnson City, passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at his residence.
A native of Elizabethton, he was a graduate of Happy Valley High School.
Rickey served in the United States Air Force. He was retired from the Maintenance Department of the Park & Recreation, Johnson City. He loved to ride his motorcycle and host Karaoke events.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Patricia Roberts Hamm.
Survivors include two sons, Derrick Hamm and wife Kourtney, and Bryan Keith Hamm, all of Elizabethton; a grandson, Derrick Colby Hamm; his brother, Steven Lee Hamm; his father, Lee Eugene Hamm, Elizabethton; and the mother of his sons, Tammy Hamm.
The graveside service for Rickey Eugene Hamm will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 7, at Happy Valley Memorial Park with Pastor Brian Cable officiating. Interment will follow the service. Active pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the cemetery at 12:50 p.m., will be Derrick Hamm, Bryan Miller, Lee Hamm, Tim Carr, Dylan Carr and Carter Honeycutt. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Hamm and Lee Eugene Hamm. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 12:50 p.m. Saturday.
