Southside Christian
Andrew Peterson will be presented in concert Sunday at the 7 p.m. worship service at Southside Christian Church.
Peterson for over 20 years has quietly changed lives through his music, forging his own path and refusing the artistic compromises that often come with chasing album sales and radio singles. Instead, he has created a long line of songs that ache with sorrow, joy and integrity, and that are, at the end of the day, part of a real, ongoing, human conversation.
He is also the award-winning author of four-book fantasy adventure series for young people called “The Wingfeather Saga.” The books are currently being produced as an animated film.
The concert is free, however, a love offering will be accepted.
