Eric Todd McKinney, 51, Hampton, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017 at his residence. Born June 11, 1966 in Elizabethton to Larry H. McKinney and Loretta Stevens McKinney. He was a graduate of Hampton High School. He was employed at Snap-On-Tools for 33 years. He was of the Free Will Baptist Faith. Todd was preceded in death by his step-mother: Sharon McKinney, his grandparents: Byrl & Ailene McKinney and Jerome & Luster Stevens.

Survivors include: his father Larry McKinney and friend Fran Weddle, his mother Loretta Stevens McKinney, his daughter Krista Bowling and husband Cody and children, his fiancée Tammie Dugger & her daughter Cheyenne, His Sisters: Shannon Harr, Tammy Markland. Several aunts & uncles, nieces, & nephews and great nieces & cousins also survive.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 19, 2017 in the McKinney Cemetery. Music will be provided by Loretta Bowers. Active Pallbearers will be: Carl Lacey, Darryl Hitechew, Cody Bowling, Ed Birchfield, Russell Vines and Ed Morton. Honorary Pallbearers will be Vaughn Simerly, Jeremiah Bowling, Rick McKinney, the Snap-On-Tools family, all of his X-Darlings, Bruce Johnson and Murphy Winters. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shrines Hospital for Children, 950 W. Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605-4255.
