Kristin Louise Bare

Kristin Louise Bare, 21, passed away on October 27, 2017. Kristin was born on November 17, 1995 in Ashland, Ky. In 1997, Kristin moved with her family to Houston, Texas and lived the rest of her life in the Clear Lake Area. She attended North Point Elementary, Ward Elementary, Clear Lake Intermediate, and Clear Lake High School. She graduated from Clear Lake High School in 2014 and remained there as a member of their HEARTS program.
Kristin is survived by her parents, Clay and Helen Floersh Bare; her brothers, Alec and Evan Bare; her sister, Lauren Bare; her grandmother, Christa Bare; her aunts and uncles, Joanne Tindall (Billy), Stephen Bare, Angela Mayo (Jerry), Monica Floersh, Tammie Floersh, Frank Floersh (Rita), Ann Quarterman (Pat), Laura Moore, and Julia Pierce; and her first cousins, Will Tindall, Ryan Tindall, John Clay Bare, Isaac Bare, Carter Bare, Carolyn Tallent (Brian), Monica Mayo, Helen Floersh, Joanie Floersh, John Floersh, Michael Floersh, Fr. Christopher Floersh, April Blancher (Trey), Sophia Floersh, Olivia Floersh, James Linton, John Linton (Misty), Adam Linton (Latoya), Nick Quarterman(Sarah), Jennifer Moore, Stephanie Moore, and Webb Pierce.
Kristin was preceded in death by her grandfather, Delano Clay Bare; grandparents, Frank and Helen Floersh; uncle, Dr. John Floersh; and great-grandmother, Myrtle Bare.
Kristin was a shining light to everyone who met her. She enjoyed being a Girl Scout, Angel Rider with Ainsley’s Angels, and an active member at St. Bernadette Church. Some of her favorite events were Zoom Zone, Camp Happy, A Night to Shine and Best Buddies Prom. She loved reading books, going to the movies and supporting all her favorite sports teams, Clear Lake High School Band and Choir. She had a caring heart and a wicked sense of humor. Though she had few words, her expressions spoke volumes and her love for others was boundless.
A Rosary will be held at 6:30 p.m. with a Funeral Mass to follow starting at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 31, at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 15500 El Camino Real, Houston, Texas 77062.
