Youngsters from EHDA had the opportunity to get an early start to Halloween Monday with the annual Trunk or Treat held outside the main office in Pine Ridge Circle. Several community members provided different treats to children. Prior to the sweet treats, children were treated to food and refreshments inside the community room.
