Gloria Diane Wilson Conley, 57, of Elizabethton, passed away on Sunday, November 12, 2017, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. Mrs. Conley was born in Quincy, Fla., and was a daughter of the late Freddie Joe Wilson and Dorothy Merle Shiver George. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William Joey Wilson.
Mrs. Conley was a homemaker and her grandchildren were her life.
Those left to cherish her memory include two daughters, Terry Conley Ward (Jason) of Elizabethton, and Kristi Wilson Ford (Walter) of Slidell, La.; five grandchildren, Erin Ward and Anthony Ward, both of Elizabethton, Wyatt Poole, Hatton Ford and Mason Ford, all of Slidell, La.; a sister, Peggy Bass of New Iberia, La.; and her step-father, Jack George of New Iberia, La.
