Jerry Paul Crumley

Jerry Paul Crumley, 66, of Elizabethton, Tenn., passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends at Ivy Hall Nursing Home on Friday, November 17, 2017. Mr. Crumley was a native of Elizabethton, Tenn., and was the son of the late Paul J. and Yvonne Vines Crumley. He loved everybody he met and enjoyed life to the fullest. He loved cars of all sorts, listening to music and spending time with all of his friends at Ivy Hall. He had a shining smile and pure heart that will be truly missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jesse Crumley.
Those left to cherish his memory include three sisters, Jean Crumley, Chris Pippin and Linda Hardin, all of Elizabethton, Tenn. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
A Celebration of Life Service for Jerry Paul Crumley will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 22, in the Chapel of Peace of Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton, with Rev. Justin Deaton officiating. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel from 12 until 2 p.m. Wednesday, prior to the service. The graveside service will follow at Happy Valley Memorial Park, Elizabethton. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff at Ivy Hall Nursing Home. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Victor and Judy Deloach and to all the staff at Ivy Hall Nursing Home for all of their love and wonderful care of Jerry over the years. “Hey Judy, I beat you to the big house, see you later.” ~Jerry.
