“A Tennessee Christmas Concert” will be presented this evening at First United Methodist Church, Elizabethton.
The sounds of the season will be presented by Jason Coleman and Meagan Taylor, and they will play songs made famous by Chet Atkins and Floyd Cramer. Jason is the grandson of piano legend Floyd Cramer and Megan is the niece of guitar virtuoso Chet Atkins.
The concert also features Megan and Jason’s vocal harmonies and instrumental sounds with a mix of pop, country, jazz, and an acoustic arrangement of Christmas classics, old and new.
Admission is free.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the concert begins at 7:30 p.m.
All are invited.
