Carl Wayne Stevens, 45, of Elizabethton, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at Signature Health Care.
Born May 16, 1972 in Johnson City, he had lived his entire life in Carter County.
Wayne was employed at Tri-City Plating for 22 years.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Harding Stevens.
Survivors include his wife, Shalena Bowers Stevens; his children, Tyler Stevens and Alexandra Stevens; two step-children, Courtney King and husband Logan and Emily Whitehead and husband Matthew; his father, Phillip Stevens; two siblings, Rebecca Stevens Parlier and Kenneth Stevens; a grandson, Collin Whitehead; several nephews and cousins; and his special friends, Anthony Grindstaff, Jerry Grindstaff and the Whitehead family.
A memorial service for Carl Wayne Stevens will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday, December 15, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Chaplain Jim Spina and special words by Mr. Jim Whitehead.
