Riverview Baptist
Riverview Baptist Church will host the Recovery Soldiers Ministry Sunday at the morning worship service.
The service begins at 10:45 a.m.
The Rev. Mark Grubb, pastor, invites the public to attend.
First Christian
Minister Michael Klaus will have the message Sunday at morning worship at First Christian Church, Elizabethton. The service begins at 9:45 a.m.
Lorrie Case will present special music and Kay Mathis will read scripture. Tim Broyles will have the communion meditation.
Sunday School will follow the worship service.
At noon there will be a fundraiser lunch in the fellowship hall to aid the mission trip to Bethshean Ministry in Mexico.
The evening service will be at 6 p.m. and will consist of a very special discussion with the church elders along with food and fellowship.
Tuesday morning prayer will be at 10 a.m. in the sanctuary.
Bible study is at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Circles will meet Thursday. The Sunrise will meet at 10:30 a.m. at the home of Jeanna Shields; the Volunteer at 2 p.m. in the Men’s Classroom at the church; and the Ann Jett at 6:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall.

First Presbyterian
The pastor, the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt, will present the sermon at morning worship Sunday at First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton. The service begins at 11 a.m.
An Education Hour will be held at 9:45 a.m.
Other opportunities for the week include: Meditation Wednesday at 7 p.m.; the Thursdays with Jesus Reading Group at 10:30 a.m. Thursday; and yoga Friday at 10 a.m.
First Presbyterian is located at 119 W. F St.
The public is invited to attend.
Long Hollow
First Saturday Night Singing will be held Saturday at 7 p.m. at Long Hollow Baptist Church in Valley Forge. Featured will be Mercy River from Rev. Ray Green’s church in Vilas, N.C.
Sunday School is at 10 a.m. Sunday followed by the worship service at 11 a.m. The Sunday evening worship service is at 7 p.m. and mid-week service is Thursday at 7 p.m.
Everyone is invited.
