Beverly Sue Humphreys, 60, of Elizabethton, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at Johnson City Medical Center. She was a native of Elizabethton.
Sue was a 1975 graduate of Elizabethton High School. She was a homemaker and she loved to fish with her niece. She was of the Baptist Faith.
She was preceded in death by a son, Richard Proffitt.
Survivors include her children, Shane Humphreys and Tiffany Guddy; four grandchildren, Rachel, Nicholas and Chelsie Humphreys and Maleigha Presnell; her mother, Beulah Williams; and a sister, Della Easterly.
Graveside services for Beverly Sue Humphreys will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, April 23, in the Proffitt Cemetery, Butler, with the Rev. Josh Scalf officiating. Interment will follow the service. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from noon until 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
