First Baptist Church, Elizabethton, will host a benefit concert Sunday evening at 6 p.m. for the Recovery Soldiers Ministry.
Featured artists include Loretta Bowers, Jamie Schaff, Beth Stevens, Emilee Whitehead, Jared Erwin, John Bunn, David Estep, Larry Jeffers, community choirs and the Recovery Soldiers Ministries Choir.
A love offering will be received and all proceeds will go to Recovery Soldiers Ministries.
Pastor Todd Hallman said, “Recovery Soldiers Ministry is tirelessly working to rehabilitate and disciple men who have been suffering with addiction or who just need some guidance and accountability to make the good decisions. Together, our churches, as well as ministries like this, are changing the course of many people’s lives. As those lives are changed, so is our community — for the better!”
