Ronald Arnaz “Ronny” Bolden

Ronald Arnaz “Ronny” Bolden passed away peacefully on April 26, 2018 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born on November 12, 1953 to the late John William Bolden Sr. and Evelyn Earnestine Davis Bolden in Elizabethton.
Ronny was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching games with his family and friends. He loved spending time with people close to him, especially his grandchildren.
Ronny was preceded in death by his father, John William Bolden Sr.; his brother, John William “Burly” Bolden Jr.; and his very special friend, Thomas “Ricky” Sayers.
In addition to his mother, Evelyn Earnestine Davis Bolden, Ronny is survived by his wife, Pamela Goines Bolden; sister, Joyce Marie Bolden; daughter, Adrianna Kamille Dover; three grandchildren, Kaeleigh, Ashelynn and Bentley; nephew, John Edison Bolden; aunt, Ellie J. Dahmer; uncle, Schumpart Davis; mother-in-law, Virginia Goines; sisters-in-law, Nancy (Norman) Howard, Georgia (Eugene) Gillespie, Carrie Whittington, Loretta Goines and Claudia Goines; brothers-in-law, Claude “Honey” Goines and Doug Goines; four cousins, Dennis Dahmer, Betty Dahmer, Capt. Janice Davis and Dr. Vincent Davis; and a very special friend, William “Snake” Spurgeon.
Funeral services for Ronny will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 5, at the Birchette Mortuary Chapel. The family will receive friends at the chapel from noon until 1 p.m., prior to the service, and also on Friday, May 4, at 313 Peach Blossom Court, Johnson City, Tenn. Interment will follow at Washington County Memory Gardens in Johnson City, Tenn.
