Carl H. Fortenberry passed away May 8, 2018. He was born January 31, 1973. He is now with Jesus Christ and our mother, Joyce Lilly. Finally he is at peace with our Maker; no more pain and suffering.
Services for family and friends will be held Sunday, June 3, at 2 p.m. in Hampton, next to the Post Office, with Pastor Ronnie Reece officiating.
Survivors include one brother, Charles Fortenberry “Bug” and his son, Billy Joe Jim Bobb Jackob Fortenberry, and his three daughters, Lindsey, Telsa and her son Anthony, and Jacqueline Wendy Daniels Fortenberry; his sister and family, Marie and her son Mark and his daugher Kloey and her mother, Regina; his sister, Lenna and her husband Darren and their daughter Christina and her son Bradley; step-nieces, Ashlee and her sons, Jayvonne and Amiliyan, Jennifer and her son Auden; “My Little Man, Tate,” and Tom and Dana Winningham.
Carl was one of God’s children, and this is how. Read Romans 10:9 and Matthew 10:32-33. He was baptized September 28, 2015. Till we see you again “Little Bro.” Later Man. We Love You!
