Roy Albert Perry

Roy Albert Perry, 65, of Elizabethton, passed away Friday, June 15, 2018, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center after an extended illness.
A native of Carter County, he was a son of the late Butler William and Mandy Jane Williams Perry.
Mr. Perry was a retired welder at A.O. Smith, Johnson City.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Potter.
Survivors include his wife, Sherry Birchfield Perry; a daughter, Angie and Kenny Morgan; a son, Roy Perry Jr.; two step-daughters; a step-son; five sisters and three brothers; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and seven step-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 17, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Bill Nelson officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 p.m. Sunday, prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
