Coy B. Brickey

Coy B. Brickey, 74, of Elizabethton, Tenn., passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at Hillview Health Center.
A native of Norton, Va., he was the son of the late Daniel Floyd Brickey and Roxie Collier Brickey.
Mr. Brickey was a commercial printer and retired from E.T.S.U. He was a member of Keystone Freewill Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Army veteran and served in the National Guard.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Barbara Allen Brickey, of the home; a son, Shannon Brickey and wife Kim, Johnson City; two daughters, Tammy Bishop and Wendi Hardin, both of Elizabethton; granddaughters, Erika Brickey, Kelley Sapp and Breck Bishop; grandsons, Chase Markland and Zac Workman; and a great-grandson, Koda Sapp.
The family will greet friends from 3 to 4 p.m. Saturday, October 20, at Hathaway-Percy Funeral and Cremation Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Coy B. Brickey.
