Charlotte Dyer Hinson

Charlotte Dyer Hinson, 78, of Elizabethton, Tenn., went home to be with the Lord, from Hermitage Health Center, on Saturday, November 3, 2018, following an extended illness.
Ms. Hinson was a native of Carter County and was of the Presbyterian faith. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Hazel Barnett Dyer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Randall Keith Gray, and a brother, Shirl Dyer.
Those left to cherish her memory include three sons, Kendal Kevin Gray and his wife Linda, Kelvin Ray Gray and Kenny Hinson, all of Elizabethton, Tenn.; one sister, Pam Love and her husband Jerry of Gray, Tenn.; and three brothers, Stuart Dyer and his wife Norma Jean, Michael Dyer and his wife Janet and Steve Dyer and his wife Vickie, all of Roan Mountain, Tenn. Several loved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.
A graveside service to honor the life of Charlotte Dyer Hinson will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 7, in the Dyer Cemetery in Roan Mountain, Tenn., with Mr. Jerry Love officiating. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Honorary pallbearers will be Stuart Dyer and Steve Dyer.
