Charles Carlton Banner, 43, of Hampton, passed away Friday, November 23, 2018, at Johnson City Medical Center.
Charles was born November 19, 1975 in Crossnore, N.C., and had lived in Carter County his entire life. He was retired due to disability from Asplundh Tree Trimming.
Charles was preceded in death by his father, Kelly Banner.
Survivors include a daughter, Charlie Page Hughes; a grandson, Raiden Hughes; his mother, Judy Banner; a sister, Bobbie Banner and Larry; his uncles, Kenneth Brown and Harold Brown; his aunts, Janice Street and Mary Lou Cornett; his niece, Stormie Scalf; his girlfriend, Hope Calhoun; and several special friends.
A service will be held at a later date.
