Calvary Baptist Church will host a Celebration of Life service Sunday at 5 p.m. in the sanctuary of the church at 225 Holly Lane.
The service will be for those who have lost loved ones this year or for anyone suffering with grief.
“This will be a holiday tribute to remember our loved ones,” said Pastor Jacob Guinn.
The guest speaker for the service will be the Rev. Mike Richards from Morris-Baker Funeral Home in Johnson City.
A reception with snacks will be held following the service in the fellowship hall.
