Joann Oliver Vinson, 81, of Elizabethton, Tenn., went home to be with her heavenly father on Saturday, January 12, 2019, after a brief battle with cancer.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Warren Oliver.
In her honor there will be a memorial service held by her sisters and brothers, which include Loretta Pierce and husband Dean, Nyoka Shelburne, Charles Oliver and wife Freida, Richard Oliver and wife Phyllis, and Albert Oliver and wife Patti, at Pleasant Beach Baptist Church on Sunday, February 3, at 2:30 p.m.
