Selena Nicole Hall, 45, of Elizabethton, passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019, at Johnson City Medical Center. Selena was born in Elizabethton to Connie Franklin Hall of Elizabethton and the late Ron Hall. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Grant and Hazel Hall; her maternal grandparents, Ray Chinquapin Franklin and Annie Brock Franklin; and her brother, Chad Hall.
Selena was a home health care provider. She loved animals and loved making people feel good about themselves.
Those left to cherish Selena’s memory, in addition to her mother, include her husband, Jeffery Welch, of the home; her goddaughter, Ravyn Sky Harmon; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A service to celebrate the life of Selena Nicole Hall will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday, February 15, in the chapel of Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, prior to the service. The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 16, in the Peters Family Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton, at 1:15 p.m. Saturday to go in procession. Those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers may make donations to Northeast Community Credit Union, 980 Jason Witten Way, Elizabethton, TN 37643 in Connie Hall’s name, for help with Selena’s funeral expenses.
