Norma Ruth Irick Dugger, 80, of Elizabethton, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019, at Johnson City Medical Center.
Funeral services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Mr. David Siebenaler, minister, officiating. The graveside service and interment will be at 3 p.m. Sunday. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Complete arrangements will be in Saturday’s paper.
