To the Editor:
Many thanks to the responding officers of the City of Elizabethton Police Department for their quick response to my 911 call and quick capture of the thieves that stole my truck with my little dog in it on March 15.
We don’t give the officers in our community enough praise for all that they do for us. Special thanks to Officer Buck and Officer Deese for going out of their way to try to help me find my cell phone that the thieves threw out of my truck, but was never recovered.
They went above and beyond their call of duty to help me. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you! Many thanks again to all of you.
