Elizabethton High School hosts 2019 Spring Choral Concert

All choirs joined together to open the concert with four selections: Seasons of Love, Jesu Meine Freude, Erev Shel Shoshanim, and Jabula Jesu.

A large gathering of friends and family gathered inside the A.L .”John” Treadway Gymnasium on Sunday for the 2019 Spring Choral Concert presented by the Elizabethton High School Choral Department under the direction of Mrs. Deborah Gouge.
The concert featured all choirs including the Chamber Choir, Advanced Men’s Ensemble, and Advanced Women’s Ensemble.
Also directing select arrangements was ETSU Student Teacher Meghan Brister. The accompanists for the concert were Charles Dugger, piano; Jaid Hughes, flute; and Carson Peters, fiddle.
The choir’s awards were on display and the Class of 2019 was recognized by Gouge.
