Rick Parker, 47, passed away Tuesday Evening June 11, 2019, at Johnson City Medical Center, Johnson City, TN, Mr. Rick Parker was born October 16, 1971, in Johnson City, TN to the late Richard Mackey Parker and his mother Lois Ann Williams Parker.

Mr. Rick Parker graduated from Knox County High School in 1989 and had been working at Pennymans Dinner. He also was a member and had been attending Fair Haven Methodist Church. During his time he enjoyed Fishing, Nascar, and Horror Movies.

In addition to his father, Proceeded in Death is his Sister: Roma Peterson. Those left to cherish his memory are: His Loving wife of 21 years Michelle Lee Dye Parker. One Daughter: Jewelea Parker and fiancée Anthony Woodby. Three Sons: Shane Parker and wife Kira, John Mitchell, Michael Parker. Three Sisters: Lynne Williams Barnett and Husband Michael Barnett, Lisa Parker Crowder and husband Allan, Dollie Parker Poe. Special Friends: Mike Pugh, El Horton Jr, Keith Shelton, Mackenzie Shelton. Special pets: Tes, and Thour of the home of Mr. Rick Parker and several nieces and nephews.                                                                                                            

The family will receive friends and family for service and visitation from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, June 15, 2019. A memorial service will be at 7:30 p.m. at Fairview Baptist Church 585 Watauga Rd, Watauga, TN 37694. Pastor officiating is Gary Roe.
