It just keeps growing… Friday’s on Elk keeps bringing people out to downtown

Elk Avenue and the surrounding area around the downtown area continues to grow with Friday’s on Elk, drawing large crowds to visit downtown merchants and take advantage of all kinds of activities.
From food trucks, music, artisans, ice cream and a Broadway presentation the streets were once again hopping as children were having a great time around the Gathering Hub blowing bubbles and getting faces painted while adults just simply enjoyed a beautiful evening downtown.
The event began as a way to draw people downtown to experience what the downtown Elizabethton area has to offer and from all the smiles on display, the mission is being accomplished.
