CONTRIBUTED — Casey Robbins of Washington County has been named Business Office Coordinator at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology Elizabethton, College President Dean Blevins announced today.

Robbins is pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from East Tennessee State University. The Business Office Coordinator is a support function for students, faculty and staff at TCAT Elizabethton.

TCAT Elizabethton has an annual operating budget of approximately $5.3 million. Approximately 1,000 students who attend TCAT Elizabethton each year commute to classes daily from their residence in Carter, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi and Washington counties

TCAT Elizabethton is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education and governed by the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR).

The College System of Tennessee, governed by TBR, is Tennessee’s largest higher education system, which includes 13 community colleges and 27 colleges of applied technology, and TN eCampus, providing “job ready” programs to students across the state, country and world.
