FAA releases initial report on Dale Jr. plane crash

The Federal Aviation Administration has released its report on a plane crash involving Dale Earnhardt Jr.
The FAA said in an initial report that the plane, a Cessna 688A, experienced a hard landing, bounced, departed the runway and caught fire at the Elizabethton Municipal Airport.
An NTSB press conference will be held at 2 pm.
