Gladys Blevins recently celebrated her 90th birthday on Sunday, Aug. 4, 2019, with family and friends. She has lived in Roan Mountain all her life.

Gladys was married to the late Paul Blevins.

She is the mother of four sons, Danny, Jerry Doug, Richard, and the late Denver. She has four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Gladys celebrated her birthday with family and friends in Roan Mountain. She currently resides at The Waters of Roan Highlands Nursing Home in Roan Mountain.
