Sarah Grace Garland, daughter of Cindy McAvoy and Brian Garland of Limestone was selected as this year’s Appalachian Fair Fairest of the Fair. She also won the Interview Award and tied with Shyanne Presley of Chuckey for the Miss Congeniality Award. Runners-up for this year’s Fairest of the Fair tile were Lauren Ratliffle of Greene, first; Zoie Stout of Unicoi, second; DeAnna Greer of Mountain City, third; and Kaylee Wittenberg, Mountain City, fourth.
