JoAnn “Pnut” Nidiffer Perkins, of Elizabethton, passed away Monday, September 2, 2019, at the Hospice House, Bristol, Tenn., after an extended illness.
Funeral services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday, September 3, at Memorial Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, prior to the service. Graveside services and interment will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Complete notice will be in Wednesday’s paper.
