Schedule of activities at the Elizabethton Senior Center for the week of September 30 – October 4:

Membership Dues: $15 per year for 60 and older; $30 per year for 55-59. Come and join us and receive a monthly newsletter, have lunch, and enjoy the many activities and programs we provide every day and our fully-equipped fitness room.

Monday: Just Keep Movin’ — Cardio, Toning, Strength Building, 9-10 a.m.; Lunch — Chicken Tenders, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga, 12:15-1:15 p.m.; Gentle-Flow Yoga, 1:30-2:30 p.m.

Tuesday: Eat Well, Feel Well, 10 a.m. First in the series of five classes offered by Lacie Young with the UT Extension Office. Learn about food and nutrition, share recipes and experiences, and participate in hands-on activities. Free kitchen items at each class including a canvas bag; Lunch — Meatloaf, 11 a.m.; Line Dancing — Beginners’ Class, 12-1 p.m.; Line Dancing — Advanced Class, 1-2:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Just Keep Movin’ — Cardio, Toning, Strength Building, 9-10 a.m.; T.E.A.C.H. – Beta Club, 10 a.m. A group of 4th-8th grade home-schooled students will lead the group in a 30-minute Bible Study and then help you make a Leaf Candle Holder. Please sign up for this program so there will be enough materials; Lunch — Chili, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga, 12:15-1:15 p.m.; Gentle-Flow Yoga, 1:30-2:30 p.m.

Thursday: Walk with Ease, 8-9 a.m.; Dancercize, 9:30-10:30 a.m.; Lunch — Spaghetti/Meat Sauce, 11 a.m.; SALT Meeting, 12:30 p.m.

Friday: Just Keep Movin’ — Cardio, Toning, Strength Building, 9-10 a.m.; Let’s Play Bingo, 10 a.m.; Lunch — Pork BBQ Riblet, 11 a.m.
