Keep Carter County Beautiful (KCCB) is celebrating the 30-year anniversary of the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) Adopt a Highway Program.

In celebration of the TDOT Adopt A Highway Program Anniversary, KCCB will be giving out free items and a limited amount of long sleeve T-shirts. KCCB will be meeting at the Happy Valley Elementary School parking lot on Milligan Highway on Saturday, Oct. 12, at 10 a.m.

Gloves and trash bags will be provided.
