First Christian Church, Elizabethton, will host a “Contending for the Faith” Conference Nov. 9-10, which will be a weekend of encouragement, teaching and training, especially for teachers and ministry leaders.

The conference will feature Mike Riddle, Apologist and Education Specialist, and Dr. David R. Reagan, founder and director of Lam & Lion Ministries.

Saturday events will begin at 7 a.m. with a light breakfast and will include three sessions, ending at 12 noon. The evening session will begin at 5 p.m., concluding at 5:45 p.m.

Sunday will include Dr. Reagan preaching at 9:45 a.m. and Riddle teaching at 6 p.m.
