Downtown Elizabethton Scarecrow contest winners announced

The results are in from the downtown Elizabethton scarecrow competition. Simply Elegant’s Mrs. Doubtfire won first place this year, Ivy Hall Nursing Home’s Gourdy Family won second, and the Coffee Company won third.
