Schedule of activities at the Elizabethton Senior Center for the week of October 28-November 1:

Membership Dues: $15 per year for 60 and older; $30 per year for 55-59. Come and join us and receive a monthly newsletter, have lunch, and enjoy the many activities and programs we provide every day and our fully-equipped fitness room.

Monday: Just Keep Movin’-Cardio, Toning, Strength Building 9-10 a.m. ;Lunch – Meatballs/gravy 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga 12:15-1:15 p.m.; Gentle-Flow Yoga 1:30-2:30 p.m.

Tuesday: Eat Well-Feel Well 10 a.m. Final class of the series offered by Lacie Young with UT Extension Office.  Learn about food and nutrition, share recipes and experiences, and participate in hands-on activities.  Free kitchen items at each class, including a canvas bag.; Lunch – Chicken & Dumplings 11 a.m.; Line Dancing – Beginners’ Class 12-1 p.m.; Line Dancing – Advanced Class – 1-2:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio, Toning, Strength Building 9-10 a.m.; Medicare Open-Enrollment with SHIP 9-11 a.m. – Medicare Counselors will be on hand today at the Senior Center to assist with plan comparisons and answer questions. Call (423) 722-5205 to schedule an appointment. Take the time to see if your plan still works for you.; Lunch – Sloppy Joe 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga – 12:15-1:15 p.m.; Gentle-Flow Yoga – 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.

Thursday: Halloween Party 10 a.m. – Wear your costume – Snacks provided – Bowling with a prize for 1st and 2nd place winners!  Candy for everyone.; Lunch – Little Caesar’s Pepperoni Pizza 11 a.m.; Playing Cornhole 1 p.m. – Everyone welcome to join in the fun!

Friday:  Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio, Toning, Strength Building 9-10 a.m.; Let’s Play BINGO! 10 a.m. Lunch – Chicken Tenders 11 a.m.; Playing Hand and Foot card game 11:30 a.m.

HOMEMADE APPLE BUTTER for sale! $12/quart; $6/pint.
