Grace Jones Glover

Grace Jones Glover, 91, of Butler, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019, at Hillview Health Center.
A native of Johnson County, she was a daughter of the late Roby and Essie Stalcup Jones.
Grace was a 1946 graduate of Johnson County High School. She was a homemaker, loved to quilt, visit the sick and fix meals for the sick. Prior to her illness, she was an active member of Cobbs Creek Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph and Paul Jones, and her sister and brother-in-law, Virginia and Ira Bingham.
Survivors include her nephews and nieces, Terry (Becky) Jones, James Jones, Ira J. Bingham, Angela Jones (Randy) Harkleroad and Stella Lyons; her sisters-in-law, Sara Jones and Nancy Jones; and her special friends, Darrell and Sue Carol Ward.
The graveside service for Grace Jones Glover will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, November 2, at Butler Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Mack Arnold Jr. officiating. Interment will follow the service. Active pallbearers will be Terry Jones, Kelby Jones, James Jones, Darrell Ward, Jamie Ward, John Forrester and Junior McQueen. Honorary pallbearers will be her church family. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
