Rain can’t stop the sweets… Downtown filled with trick or treaters despite the rain, wind

Many feared that the weather forecast might keep trick or treaters in for the annual downtown business event but it was just the opposite. Braving heavy rain and wind, the sidewalks were bustling with trick or treaters young and old with tons of smiles as the sweet treats hit the bottom of their buckets.
