The Carter County Democratic Party Executive Committee will hold its monthly meeting on Saturday, Nov. 9, at 10 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Franklin Conference Room at the Elizabethton Star, located at 300 N Sycamore St., Elizabethton.

The agenda will discuss strategic planning for the 2020 election and recruiting people to run for local office.
