- File Photo/Ivan Sanders The Elizabethton Cyclone cheerleaders are ready to get a huge crowd ready for tonight's BlueCross Bowl quarterfinal game between Elizabethton and Greeneville.
The Elizabethton Cyclones will play host to the Greeneville Greene Devils tonight in the TSSAA BlueCross Bowl quarterfinals at Citizens Bank Stadium at 7 pm.
On the line is an opportunity to play a semifinal game next week leading into the crowning of a 2019 State Champion in Class 4A.
The Cyclones won the first meeting 24-21 but know that the Greene Devils will be looking to revenge that first loss and defend their 2018 state championship.
Elizabethton, meanwhile, will be looking for their 13th win of the season which would be a new record for the program.
Another big crowd is expected even with rain in the forecast. Gates open at 5:30. All tickets are $8 and everyone must purchase a ticket.
Cyclones are calling for an Orange Out. This game for all intents and purposes is the championship game as many feel the winner will have the inside track to a state championship.
