NASHVILLE (AP) — A man is accused of planting a tracking device in the car of a woman he has been court-ordered to avoid.

The Tennessean reports 45-year-old Barry Bryant Kelley was arrested Thursday on charges including felony stalking. Court records say the victim became increasingly worried about being tracked because Kelley was following her everywhere. Last week, her car was searched by two dealership employees who found a tracker. The employees briefly left and returned to find Kelley searching the car. Records say he fled when confronted.

Court records detail years of stalking, kidnapping and domestic violence cases against Kelley, who’s also accused of throwing rocks at the woman’s house, kicking her door and running away, and calling her repeatedly in quick succession. Kelley is set to appear in court Monday.
