This was said 78 years ago on December 7, 1941 at Pearl Harbor: “Our ships were mighty…our men were strong and brave…but we had no warning.” President Franklin D. Roosevelt termed it as “a date that will live in infamy.” Eighteen years ago on September 11, 2001 history repeated itself and America was attacked again from the air without warning. September 11 became a second day that will live in infamy. Yet most aren’t ready for the next attacks. We don’t learn from history. The Bible in Ecclesiastes 1 says history repeats itself. According to www.worldweekend.com, “Russia has admitted in defense journals that they have plans for a Pearl Harbor 2.0 style attack on U.S. ships on both coasts.” Dr. Peter Pry said Russia tried to penetrate the U.S. electric power grid. He said there’s a great threat of an EMP and or a cyber attack on America’s power grid. An electric power outage for one year could kill 90 percent of the people in big cities.
Ezekiel is in the news. Winter storm Ezekiel dumped at least a foot of snow across 25 states. Could God be using Ezekiel to remind us that the end-time Ezekiel 38 war is coming? Ezekiel 38:11 says Russia (Gog) will “go up” and attacks the “land of unwalled villages.” Most in the past believed this is Israel but some like Bible expert Doug Woodward now believe because Israel has more walls than any country that it’s talking about America which is allied with Israel. It’s logical that Russia (Gog) would neutralize America first or while they launch attacks on Israel. Russia already has military operations in the arctic, “goes up” over the arctic and down to attack America.
The lessons of the Pearl Harbor and 9-11 attacks show the need to have good intelligence information and be prepared militarily and most importantly the need to be prepared spiritually for death. Experts say another attack isn’t a matter of if, but when! “Prepare to meet your God!” We don’t harbor fear of another Pearl Harbor or 9-11 because we are going to Heaven if Jesus is our Savior. Only Jesus can bless you and keep you and give you real peace 24/7!
