Patsy L. Barlow, 66, of Roan Mountain, Tenn., passed away Sunday, December 8, 2019. She was a native of Avery County, N.C., and a daughter of the late Eli and Clytie McClellan.
She was a homemaker and a member of Cove Creek Community Church.
Survivors include her husband, Jack Barlow; three daughters, Teresa Johnson (Sherman) of Roan Mountain, Tenn., Kathy McClellan of Spruce Pine, N.C., and Holly of Elizabethton, Tenn.; two sons, John Ingram (Melissa) of Roan Mountain, Tenn., and Dale (Heather) of Bakersville, N.C.; three brothers, Doug McClellan of Newland, N.C., Jerry McClellan of Spruce Pine, N.C., and Dennis McClellan, also of Spruce Pine, N.C.; and three grandchildren, Hannah Ingram, Ashleigh Ingram and Eli McClellan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Raymond McClellan.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, December 12, at 2 p.m. at Barlow Family Cemetery with Reverend Randy English officiating.
