Cyclone state champs honored by Elizabethton School Board

- Star Photo/Ivan Sanders The 2019 BlueCross Bowl Class 4-A State Champion Elizabethton Cyclones were honored before Tuesday evening's Elizabethton City School Board regular scheduled meeting. The Cyclones were honored for a perfect 15-0 season as School Bpard Chairman Rita Booher presented Coach Shawn Witten with a signed football that will be placed in the school's trophy case. The team also were served a cake and punch in a light reception following their recognition.
