Sue Rodriguez, right, , was among graduating ETSU Buccaneer , who received their diplomas at commencement ceremonies Dec. 14. The four were commissioned as second lieutenants. Rodriguez served as the battalion SI and company executive officer and held the rank of cadet captain in her battalion. She earned a BA in anthropology with a minor in military science. She received her Army commission as a second lieutenant in military intelligence. Rodriguez is the daughter of Jose and Mildred Rodriguez.
