CONTRIBUTED — Citizens Bank has brought Aaron Brooks onboard as senior vice president of Commercial Banking. Brooks will be based out of our Kingsport office located in the historic downtown Train Station. He will serve as a commercial lender and portfolio manager for the Tri-Cities region.

Brooks joins Citizens Bank with 28 plus years of banking experience. His career began as a bank teller and continued to expand in a variety of roles including consumer lender, branch manager, commercial lender and commercial portfolio manager throughout the Tri-Cities and Knoxville area.

Aaron completed his bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Tennessee in 1992, and in 2000 he graduated from LSU’s Graduate School of Banking. Brooks resides in Bristol with his wife, Allison, and their two children, Gracie and Landon.
